The West Virginia FY2021 CWSRF Intended Use Plan is organized into funds identification, goals, project priority list, fund activities, assurances, criteria and method for distribution of funds, public participation, and the agreement. The Department of Environmental Protection aims to efficiently and effectively carry out the State’s environmental laws and regulations that are designed to provide and maintain a healthful environment consistent with the economic benefits derived from strong agricultural, manufacturing, tourism and energy-producing industries. This year’s Clean Water Act Title VI funding allocation for West Virginia is $24,773,000.
